Bee-Killing Pesticides Ban Suspended

The disappearance of bees, officially called CCD- “Colony Collapse Disorder”, has been worrying many people for a long time, both inside the alternative Truth community and outside it. Beekeepers have noticed that their hives are being ruined. The bees have not died, or at least not died in the hives; they have just left them deserted. A large proportion of the world’s bees have simply vanished and this disquieting epidemic has now spread right across the face of the Earth. Bees are not only delightful creatures in themselves; brightly-coloured herbivores which buzz melodically on warm summer days and provide us with that miraculous substance honey, they are an essential part of the food chain, both natural and agricultural. Their hard work props up human civilization as well as the rest of the biosphere. Albert Einstein even warned that “if the bee disappeared off the surface of the globe, man would have only four years to live”. The real cause of Colony Collapse Disorder has not been agreed on, but many factors have been blamed: cold weather, climate change, GM crops, mobile phone transmissions, pesticides and the outbreak of a parasitic mite called Varroa. CCD is probably the combined result of several or even all of those factors, but the best evidence so far points to the use by farmers of a class of insecticides called Neonicotinoids. So much so that in the end the European Union banned them in 2013. The BBC have covered CCD, however this programme predictably misleads and distracts from the real story, see: http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x1z4m5o_what-s-killing-our-bees_tv.

"Neonics" were originally produced by Bayer, Syngenta and other biotech-agrochemical companies as environmentally friendly. After the banning of DDT in the 1960's following the scandal caused by the book Silent Spring by Rachel Carson, an alternative was sought after. Neonics were originally welcomed by the environmentalist community because they're scattered in small pellets, not sprayed, so birds and mammals can't come into contact with them. The pellets dissolve in the soil and are absorbed by the crops directly through the plants' roots. Because neonics are only present in the plant's body it is thought that they only target parasitic insects like greenfly and locusts which bite and suck the plant directly; everything else would be left alone. The chemical works by crippling the insects' central nervous system and causing paralysis and death, a kind of artificial version of the "Dementor wasp", if indeed it is artificial, see: http://hpanwo-voice.blogspot.co.uk/2015/06/zombie-wasps.html. Since its introduction though, the world has been struck down by disappearing bees and neonics have been banned. It appears that the bees ingest the chemicals while foraging flowers and this gives them amnesia. They then can't remember the way home to their hive and just fly round in circles until they die. However an appeal by a recent deputation from the National Farmers Union has resulted in the EU government suspending the ban for three neonicotinoid pesticides in four English counties, for oil seed rape fields. The NFU hope that the end of the moratorium on neonics will become permanent, more widespread and nationwide, see: http://www.fwi.co.uk/news/four-counties-to-be-granted-access+to-neonicotinoids.htm. I wonder what influence Codex Alimentarius have had on them lately; see link below to Ian R Crane's video. The NFU argue that the ban was only ever precautionary to begin with; and they counter the conclusion of the studies showing that neonics harm bees. Neonics have been a great economic blessing for farmers, increasing their crop yields and reducing costs. British farmers have been struggling financially for years due to the recession and a series of mild summers. The NFU also champion the original advantages of neonics, that they don't harm animals other than parasitic insects. However, as is often the case, birds, fish, amphibians and mammals eat the insects effected and are poisoned that way. Once the chemical is in the food chain it is soaked up by all members of it; including eventually humans of course, see: http://www.soilassociation.org/keepbritainbuzzing/gclid/cjzy4dhg_cycfazitaodrwao7a. I'm very concerned by the lifting of the neonicotinoid ban, even though it was up for review at the end of the year anyway. It just goes to show how little national sovereignty the UK, the former-United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, has. Along with so much else, the EU controls what substances we put on our own land. At the same time I'd like to see moves afoot to tackle the other suspected causes of disappearing bees, like electrosmog, GMO crops etc. Also effort should be made to find non-toxic alternatives to current agrochemicals, Terra Preta for example, see: http://hpanwo.blogspot.co.uk/2008/06/terra-preta.html. Some American farms now fight pests simply by encouraging the increased presence of their natural predators, like ladybirds. I can't help wondering if the destruction of the honey bee is part of what Ian R Crane calls the "War on Terra", see: http://hpanwo.blogspot.co.uk/2008/10/ian-crane-war-on-terra.html (This lecture is now online, see: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yMRRF5j8Wso). I can't prove that this is not simply another coincidence, but right now my "conspira-dar" is telling me otherwise.

Three Climate Scientists Killed

A Cambridge oceanographer has made an extraordinary statement; the deaths of three of his colleagues might be a series of organized assassinations. Prof. Peter Wadhams is well known for his work on sea ice dynamics and therefore does not fit the usual profile of a conspiracy theorist; he's certainly not a "non-violent extremist" like your devoted author. In speaking out he is definitely well aware that he could be labelled a "loony" by his peers, and he has; but has decided to do so anyway. The three scientists all died in early 2013. This string of bereavements began on New Year's Day when Prof. Seymour Laxton supposedly fell down a flight of stairs and died from head injuries. This story is supported by his wife who was there at the time; she angrily rejects Prof. Wadham's assertion that it was anything other than a tragic accident. Dr Katherine Giles, a friend of Laxton and his partner, was killed when she collided with a lorry while riding her bicycle through the streets of London; and Dr Tim Boyd was struck by lightning while out walking during a thunderstorm near his home in Argyll, Scotland. Amazingly there was a fourth victim associated with climate science that Prof. Wadhams does not mention. Christopher Bell, a PhD student who worked with Dr Boyd at the Scottish Association of Marine Sciences, was killed on January the 19th after he was hit by an avalanche while skiing at Glencoe in the Cairngorm Mountains. All these deaths occurred within a space of just over three months. What made Wadhams more suspicious is that in the weeks following Laxton's death he himself had an attempt made on his own life. He was driving along minding his own business when a lorry tried to force him off the road, see: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/earth/environment/globalwarming/11762680/Three-scientists-investigating-melting-Arctic-ice-may-have-been-assassinated-professor-claims.html. If this is a coincidence then it's an incredible one. For example, if Dr Boyd was really struck by lightning then he is one of only three people in Britain annually on average who expire thus. Fatalities from avalanches in Scotland are also very rare because of the careful monitoring of snow accumulation at the ski resorts. In fact Mr Bell was the only person to lose his life to one for over two years hence, see: http://www.sais.gov.uk/. Skeptics will argue "So what?" They'll say, correctly, that the form of Dr Giles' demise was not uncommon at all; after all riding a bike in modern London is not the safest way of getting around. And all the rest were "just a coincidence", but this then earns them an unfalsifiable get-out-of-jail-free card in any debate, as I've discussed before, see: http://hpanwo-voice.blogspot.co.uk/2014/04/pan-pareidolia.html. Mysterious synchronistic deaths of scientists are not without precedent. For a long period of time, eight years in fact, twenty-five experts working for Marconi died. Of course Marconi is a big company and statistically over that period of time a number of their staff are bound to shuffle off this mortal coil due to old age, illness and misfortune. However these deaths were different; their circumstances were highly unusual and startling. One man was found dead in a particularly gruesome suicide. He tied a chain round his neck and secured the other to a tree on a stretch of road near Beer, Dorset; he then got into his car and drove off at high speed, decapitating himself. Another man had been behaving completely normally; then for no apparent reason he drove to Bristol and jumped off the Clifton Suspension Bridge into the Avon Gorge. The list goes on; see this interview with David Griffin for more details: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BCJSKhtTtC0. Also we have the brutal murder of biochemistry students Gabriel Ferez and Laurent Bonomo at New Cross, London in 2008. There's a connection here to the Swine Flu outbreak, see: http://hpanwo.blogspot.co.uk/2009/04/emergency-swine-flu-meeting-with-ian.html. And who can forget the Iraq weapons inspector Dr David Kelly who "committed suicide" while rambling near Southmoor, Oxfordshire, see (scroll down): http://hpanwo.blogspot.co.uk/2009/11/alternative-view-3-part-2.html? Prof. Wadhams brings up Kelly in his interview above.

If what happened to Prof. Wadhams' colleagues really is a spate of organized hits then what motive could there be? Wadhams thinks it might be the oil industry. Skeptics have their own conspiracy theories too and one of those is that oil companies are secretly funding and supporting "climate change deniers" because they don't want governments putting a stranglehold on the flow of petroleum with its EEEEEEEvil Carbon™ emissions; and they're too greedy to care that it's flame-grilling the Earth. The only attempt to prove this conspiracy theory took place when a website published a number of documents which it claimed had been leaked from the Heartland Institute, an American conservative think-tank which has as affiliates a number of scientists who question man-made climate change. The authenticity of these documents was later called into question and the journalist James Delingpole went on to dub it "fakergate" and accused the revealing website of simply wanting payback for Climategate. No hard evidence has ever been produced that oil companies are covertly propping up doubters of the establishment man-made global warming theory. If the boot were on the other foot, which indeed it has been many times, the Skeptics wouldn't hesitate to make that very same criticism of us. Personally I think the oil industry has far more to fear from other emerging threats, like free energy and anti-gravity technology. There's far more reason to think that they have targeted and harassed inventors in that field of study, see here for details see: http://hpanwo-tv.blogspot.co.uk/2015/02/energy-politics-and-ufos-2015.html. (By the way, if the oil companies really are paying off "climate change deniers" then I want in!... Cash not cheques please.) In the last few years there have been burgeoning doubts among the people towards the official line that human Carbon™ emissions are the cause of climate change. Supporters of the partly line have tried to suppress those doubts, sometimes through open debate, but usually via dirty tricks and demonization, see background links below. In order to maintain the required narrative the keepers of the secret might need to "reshuffle" the personnel occasionally. I'm not sure what area of study Prof. Laxton and Drs. Boyd and Giles were working on, but it might have had an impact on the official position in the mainstream if published. None of their names appear on this explosive disclosure here, but I wonder how closely connected they were to it, see: http://www.breitbart.com/london/2014/12/23/noaagate-how-ocean-acidification-could-turn-out-to-be-the-biggest-con-since-michael-manns-hockey-stick/. The possibility of scientific fraud in the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration ought to rumble as loudly as Climategate or the Hockey Stick Hoax. Was it possible that a new scandal was about to break out and that the individuals who were eliminated in early 2013, for reasons best known to internal experts, might have played a crucial role in the publicity thereof? Their discipline, oceanography, makes this more likely. If that is the case why would the Carbonistas not arrange an assassination run? Conscience? Their respect for the sanctity of human life perhaps? Another news story has emerged that has a humourous side to it, at least for those not involved and so can then appreciate the irony. In the southern summer of 2013-14 the MV Academik Shokalskiy headed for Antarctica. The Russian icebreaker had been chartered by scientists to study how global warming was affecting the retreat of sea ice that surrounds the frozen continent. However the ship became trapped in the aforementioned sea ice and was unable to escape. Several other icebreakers attempted to rescue the passengers and crew, but had to turn back because of the risk of getting stuck themselves. One of them, the Chinese ship Xue Long, was for a while, but luckily not as badly. Eventually the ship's compliment was evacuated in small groups by helicopter. Was the cause of the disaster human error when judging the sea ice density? Did the ship's personnel believe in the official climate change narrative so strongly that they denied their own observations, and so sailed the vessel into an icepack that they believed simply should not have been there? I'll see if I can get hold of a passenger manifest for that voyage, because it will be a good idea to monitor the health and safety of those aboard during that expedition. Let's hope none of these folk inexplicably fall down the stairs or get struck by lightning.

Hellyer Checks the Evidence

The Rt. Hon. Paul Hellyer MP, a former defence minister for Canada, is one of the most high-profile people to speak out about the UFO issue. He described the phenomenon as being "as real as the aircraft that fly over our heads". Today, at the grand old age of ninety-one, he is still active in the world of exopolitics, a regular speaker at conferences and producing films on UFO encounters. One thing that I've noticed in UFOlogy is that there are different factions in it with often very diverging viewpoints on matters both within and related to UFO's. There are those who want to see UFO conspiracy as distinctly separate from other conspiracy theories and are very careful to avoid connecting UFO's to anything conspiratorial outside them. Timothy Good is one of these, and much as I respect him I think he's making a mistake. I have definitely planted my flag on the idea that UFO's are just one part of a far greater and more widespread set of issues. The most common gripes centre around the subject of 9/11, in fact Bryce Zabel, the screenwriter of the UFO-themed TV series Dark Skies and co-author with Richard Dolan of AD- After Disclosure, wrote an article called "UFO's and 9/11 Truth should not Mix", see: http://hpanwo-voice.blogspot.co.uk/2015/06/911-truth-meeting-in-london.html. As I explain in that linked post I totally disagree with him. It does seem like 9/11 is a taboo subject at most UFO events and even those who are open to the idea that the 9/11 event was a false flag attack are reluctant to talk about it. The word "taboo" has been used by Andrew Johnson in a recent article he wrote and he notes how the UFO community is not addressing issues that he thinks it should. Stephen Bassett once said that the technology back-engineered from the salvaged wreckage of crashed flying saucers had been developed into weapons systems. He right, but doesn't go far enough. He doesn't address the scientific study on the matter by Dr Judy Wood. One of these weapons was used to destroy the World Trade Centre on September the 11th 2001; whether it came from extraterrestrials or was developed by humans here on Earth makes little difference in this context.

However we now have an admirable exception, Paul Hellyer. In a video he made a few months ago called Full Disclosure, the former Canadian government official holds up a copy of Dr Judy Wood's book Where did the Towers Go? and states: "A new weapon of mass destruction was used to reduce the concrete and steel to dust before it reached the ground. If you have any doubts about this, get a copy of Dr Judy Wood’s book entitled Where Did the Towers Go?; five hundred pages of meticulous evidence." Andrew Johnson reports on this here: http://www.checktheevidence.com/cms/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=412&Itemid=60. Andrew suggests that others should follow Mr Hellyer's example and break through the "taboo of Disclosure" as Hellyer has done. He says: "I hope that they will do what they have not done yet: accurately report the evidence we know as the truth (sic) and accurately describe the implications of it." So far this has not happened and this has frustrated Andrew, understandably. It has also made him suspicious of some individuals, see: http://www.checktheevidence.com/cms/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=262&Itemid=60. I suspect that Dolan may have simply come down with a failure of nerve and imagination in the face of pressure from the "thermitically correct" brigade who have claimed ownership of the first layer of alternative 9/11 ideas; turn away from the TV and you hit the thermite. I hope Dolan will be inspired by Paul Hellyer to resist in future; if he doesn't then we must indeed ask: why not? Andrew's right that the weaponization of esoteric energy technology is an essential matter to get to grips with in order properly to comprehend exopolitics, for many reasons which I'll detail in future articles and also cover to some extent in the background links at the bottom of this post. Personally I think the above is just one of many taboos the UFO community is suffering. Another is willing Disclosure, an issue over which my heart and head are still battling it out, see: http://hpanwo-tv.blogspot.co.uk/2015/03/ufo-disclosure-2015-doubts-begin.html.Robbie Graham has spoken out about this matter in a radical way at an event in Denmark, see: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8N-SImMAPLo (He also did so at the 6th Annual Leeds Exopolitics Expo last year, but the video of this is not yet available). Another extremely contentious subject is the possibility that the Apollo moon landings were faked. This is another subject in which I take a decisive side; I think they were faked. Last year I related my beliefs to a friend of mine, a UFO researcher from the United States of America, and he replied in no uncertain terms that I was insulting thousands of great American heroes. Luckily this chap is very easy-going and so we're still friends; but it just goes to show that somebody can believe in an all-reaching overarching cover-up on a vast scale when it comes to one level, yet vehemently reject governmental deceit on another level in a surprisingly establishment manner. In fact Dr Steven Greer and Richard Hoagland declare that virtually everything is fake... apart from the moon landings. The UFO subject is intimately and inextricably connected to man's exploration of space. This is one of the reasons why there was a secret space programme (q.v.) So there is still a lot of baggage to cope with when one gets involved in UFO research. We've been very famously told "It's not about lights in the sky: it's about lies on the ground", but perhaps it's also about hang-ups in our own heads and prohibitions in our own culture.

Spiritualism Oppressed in Brazil

In Brazil there has been a wave of attacks on Spiritualists, mostly in the city of Rio da Janeiro. Gilberto Arruda, a well known medium, was kidnapped and murdered; he was found dead with his hands bound. Also a memorial to another famous medium, Chico Xavier, was desecrated. Xavier was a prolific author, having penned over 450 books. He was nominated for the Nobel Prize and lived in Minas Gerais state, best known in alternative circles for the 1996 Varginha UFO incident. The authorities have blamed these attacks on "evangelicals", indicating that this is an attempt to persecute Spiritualists by fundamentalist Christians, see: http://news.yahoo.com/medium-killed-tomb-desecrated-latest-brazil-attacks-025831977.html. I'm not sure this is the case, but even if it is then I have to wonder, because these are the very religious fundamentalist that the Atheo-Skeptics oppose, people like Richard Dawkins and Christopher Hitchens. In this way they expose themselves because I don't believe Dawkins or Hitchens would speak out against the crimes I've just reported on. Rather they would refuse to talk about them; they would pretend that they were not happening. They are advocating an Atheo-Skeptocracy without realizing that they're doing it... Or perhaps they do realize; I'm not sure. There has always been legislation intended to give Spiritualists a hard time since the Roman Conquest when the druids on Anglesey were exterminated, see: http://hpanwo-tv.blogspot.co.uk/2013/03/walking-on-edge-of-world.html. The oldest used in modern courtrooms was the Witchcraft Act of 1735 that was dusted off to jail Helen Duncan in 1944, see background links below. This was repealed soon after her trial and replaced by the Fraudulent Mediums Act of 1951 which made life very difficult for psychics for many years. This was eventually abolished, but not until 2008. Since then happily there have been no equivalents to take up its sordid mission, but this is not with the blessing of Skeptics. Those who wrongly believe that all Spiritualist mediums are charlatans are suggesting ways in which existing consumer protection statutes can be adapted. However if they had their way there would be further and far more extreme measures; Richard Wiseman says as much, and he's fairly moderate compared to some, see background links below. They'll use words like "regulation", but what they mean is "annihilation". Make no mistake; if these people had their way then every Spiritualist church in the country would be forcibly closed and all mediums jailed. They use platitudes like "freedom-of-speech" and "free-thinking" when it suits their position, but it's a lie, and a self-delusion. It's time for Spiritualists to fight for their rights and all those in the Skeptic movement need to look hard at their own ideological circle and think where it's really going to lead. Would a Dawkinsian Atheo-Skeptico-materialistic seculocracy really be that paradise-on-Earth that we're told it will be? I don't think so. It's more likely to be a world ruled by the pigs in Orwell's Animals Farm. "All people are now equal, but atheists are more equal than the religious." David Icke calls organized religions and atheism "opposames", things that appear to be opposite, but if fact are not. It's revealing to think that the evangelical Christians and the Dawkinsian Skeptico-Atheists of this world are presented at antitheses of each other, yet they will stand shoulder-to-shoulder and unite in condemnation of the middle position, the Third Way, the Spiritualist, spiritual-but-not-religious, non-specific pantheist; whatever you want to call it. Those of us who espouse the Third Way must not make the mistake that those of us in the past made, to embrace Atheo-Skeptico materialism in a religious theocracy because it was the proverbial "enemy of my enemy".

Greece, Get with Russia!

A short while ago when the crisis in Greece came to a head, I wrote a post with suggestions for Alexis Tsipras, the Greek president. I advised him to purposefully default on his loan to the World Bank and European Central Bank and instruct his treasury to start printing greenback Drachmas which would replace the Euro as the country's legal tender. He should then deploy the army to the borders in case anybody tries to pay him a visit in order to redeem the non-existent fiat-currency Greece allegedly owes, see: http://hpanwo-voice.blogspot.co.uk/2015/07/greece-decides.html. The Greek people voted "no" very decisively in that referendum. However this has not stopped Tsipras doffing his cap once again to his creditors and their allies in his stubborn insistence on avoiding the "Grexit"- Greek exit of the European Union, keeping Greece in the Eurozone and EU. It has somehow not occurred to him that his entire economic policy is self-contradictory. He seems to be running with the fox and chasing with the hounds simultaneously. Therefore, at the time of writing, EU negotiators are heading to Athens to carry out talks on the country's future in Europe. One offer that will be tabled is another bailout for Greece, a third one, up to 86 billion Euros. This might reduce short-term tensions, but at the cost of deepening the long-term crisis. The Greek parliament have already been levered into announcing a series of tough new Austerity packages, the very thing Tsipras' Syriza party took office to avoid. There's been a huge increase in VAT, up to 23 % on some processed foods, 13% on gas, electricity and water, and 6% on medicine. Also the 30% VAT discount for the islands in the Aegean Sea has been scrapped; this threatens to bankrupt the economies of those isles, dependent as they are on cheap tourism. Also the retirement age has been raised, very significantly because it used to be the lowest in Europe, from 55 to 67. Further strictures have been placed on customer finance to prevent runs on the national banks. This has all been met by understandable and justified anger from the people. Trade unions are threatening a general strike.

Fear has gripped Greece, as it would any country in that situation. Britain is going to be subjected to similar scare stories as our own EU membership referendum gets close; Greece will be held up as an example; "so perish unbelievers!" Most Greeks still support Tsipras' attempt to pacify the Eurozone dragon instead of stabbing it with a sword. At the same time there are intriguing signs that the Greek government is considering an alternative, one that I also suggested in the previous article about Greece. A few days ago the Greek newspaper To Vima reported that Alexis Tsipras had had a meeting with Russia's president Vladimir Putin asking for $US 10 billion to fund a new system of Drachmas. Greece has joined most other nations in condemning Russia's military activities in Ukraine... or supposed activities, see: http://hpanwo-voice.blogspot.co.uk/2014/07/putin-did-it.html. This has been dismissed by much of the media as a "conspiracy theory", the pattern emerges once again, see: http://greece.greekreporter.com/2015/07/21/tsipras-allegedly-asked-russia-for-10-bln-to-print-drachmas/. The idea has also been proposed that a Greece inside the EU is an asset to Russia, see: http://blogs.ft.com/the-world/2015/07/greece-is-more-useful-to-russia-inside-the-eu-than-out/. This is this the same EU that is an important financial partner of the American-based International Monetary Fund that is currently trying to sabotage Russia's economy; see background links below. As I said in the article on the Greek referendum above, Greece is going through a crisis, but also an opportunity. It is being pushed up against the wall and being faced with a choice of submission or resistance. It can't put off that decision any longer, unlike most other countries who are simply not even considering the question. Greece is a small country, once home to one of the foundational civilizations of Europe; it is now an impoverished backwater. However it could rise up from the ashes and make the gods of Olympus proud. Of course it can't do it alone and will need support. I think it should certainly create ties with that other great recalcitrant on the opposite corner of Europe- Iceland. That heroine Johanna Sigurtharddottir and the team who saved her country. Russia is another country which has fallen out of favour with the globalists in a big way. If Greece does decide to form stronger ties with Russia then this would be excellent news. They already have plans to build a new gas pipeline from Russia across the Black Sea region to Greece; let it be a symbol of a new "coalition of the unwilling". Russia is one of the new superpowers of this new multipolar world; at the moment a war is being waged against it using every method except actual bullets flying, see background links below. They're in the same boat as Greece and so should stick together. I'm looking forward to seeing if this so-called "conspiracy theory" is confirmed or found to be false; the former I hope. I shall report on this subject again soon.

Ben Emlyn-Jones on Enemy Within Radio 18

I have been interviewed again on Enemy Within Radio with Thomas Barnes and Andy Young, see: http://www.spreaker.com/user/enemywithinradio/enemy-within-radio-live-150.

I appear through the whole of the programme. Discussion is centred on the current controversy over the recent Rendlesham Forest conference and the removal of my film of the event from YouTube. We also bring up infighting within the Truth movement and obsessive "shill-hunting". See here for background: http://hpanwo-tv.blogspot.co.uk/2015/07/ben-emlyn-jones-copyright-thief.html and: http://hpanwo-tv.blogspot.co.uk/2015/03/the-shill-squad.html.

Llyn Celyn

The march of "progress" has trampled over many people and places on its relentless and rarely-questioned journey. One of these is the most infamous event in the modern history of Wales, but is almost unheard of beyond its borders. In 1956 the Westminster Parliament read a private members bill introduced by Liverpool City Council for the construction of a reservoir to bring more water into the city for domestic and industrial use. The government passed the bill and drew up plans to build it in the lower Tryweryn valley in Gwynedd, Wales. The new reservoir would be two miles across, a hundred and forty feet deep and have a capacity of eighteen billion gallons of water. It also has a hydroelectricity power station able to generate 4.38 megawatts. There was just one problem; there was a village in the valley. It was called Capel Celyn and was home to sixty-seven people. The village was also famous as a stronghold of traditional Welsh culture. It had a unique Quaker cemetery and was completely Welsh-speaking; some of the residents being among the last monoglots- those who couldn't speak English. This was at a time when the Welsh language was in decline and was disenfranchised from most of officialdom. There were genuine and justified fears that it would become extinct like so many other languages have. Happily this never happened and today Welsh is thriving, but in those days most Welsh commentators were very pessimistic about the future of their tongue. The Capel Celyn residents protested; the photograph below is of the Tryweryn Defence Committee marching in London. All but one of the Welsh MP's in Parliament voted against the bill, and even the odd one out was an abstention not a Yes. The water from the reservoir does not feed any part of Wales and is pumped straight to Liverpool and the Wirral.

Construction on the dam began in 1960 and in 1965 the river Tryweryn was diverted into the new reservoir. Capel Celyn's houses, the school, the farms, the famous chapel and cemetery, and over eight hundred acres of land were permanently inundated. The villagers started a riot and somebody even planted a bomb at the pumping station. The police moved in to crush the demonstration and the former residents had no choice but to watch as their old homes were covered forever by the grey lapping water. When dealing with the cemetery the government offered the villagers a choice; they could leave the bodies of their departed in the ground or they could exhume them and rebury them in new graves on dry land. Eight chose the latter. The government promised to preserve the cemetery by covering it in gravel and concrete, but as these divers' pictures show, this promise was broken, see: http://thepostmortempost.com/2015/07/13/the-underwater-graveyards-of-tryweryn-valley-wales/ (Thanks to Scott Felton for finding this). The images are stills from this heart-rending clip of a BBC documentary called The Celts; Enya produced the soundtrack for it, see: http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p00gmpjm. The track is called Dan y Dwr- "under the water". The destruction of Capel Celyn has also inspired songs by Welsh musicians like the Manic Street Preachers and Los Campesinos!. I myself include a reference to the tragedy of Llyn Celyn in my first and somewhat lesser novel Evan's Land, see here about a third of the way through: http://hpanwo-tv.blogspot.co.uk/2010/11/evans-land-audio-book.html. The story has also become a rallying call for Welsh nationalist and civil rights activists. Plaid Cymru membership soared as a result. The graffiti slogan Cofiwch Dryweryn!- "remember Tryweryn!" can be seen throughout Wales to this day. The reservoir was solemnly christened Llyn Celyn- "holly lake", and that name has a very dark cultural potency in Wales. To Welsh ears it echoes similarly to "the Holocaust", "the Blitz" or "the Somme". Unsurprisingly and correctly, Llyn Celyn is regarded as a national and cultural issue in Wales, but it is not the only example and perhaps other similar incidents deserve recognition too. I think all villages are cultural treasures wherever they are. Grafham Water in Cambridgeshire was created at about the same time as Llyn Celyn and is of a similar size and design. A village was also drowned to make that. In fact I know somebody who lives near there who realized that the propaganda about the drought of 2013 was a lie because Grafham Water was full to the brim the whole time. She knows when the water level gets low because the steeple of the old church in the village protrudes above the surface. Presumably the people who lived in that village had to face a similar ordeal to those who lived in Capel Celyn.
For me the destruction of Capel Celyn is not only an inexcusable and indefensible atrocity, it was completely avoidable. This is because the commodities for which it was falsely justified can be obtained so easily in other ways; this makes the affair all the more poignant. The other ways are those that the authorities in this world won't allow the people access to; they covet and conceal them in their own secret activities. I'm talking here about free energy and antigravity. If everybody had use of those technologies there would be no need to flood villages to build reservoirs. In fact it would be unnecessary to plunder any of Earth's freshwater at all; we could take as much as we needed from the sea, where there is a virtually infinite supply. With free energy we could desalinate it and transport it to wherever it was needed, for almost no cost. This would mitigate the impact of droughts, like the one currently raging in California, because of the ease with which water could be taken from the oceans and made available for drinking and irrigation. This would of course remove most threats of famine too, because such disasters are usually caused by drought destroying farmland. See background links below for more details. Maybe a day will come when Llyn Celyn can be drained and the dam demolished. The land can be dried out and maybe some of the old buildings repaired from their decades of saturation. Will people one day return to live in Capel Celyn? I hope so, and if it happens I want to be there to see it.

CERN discovers Pentagram Particle

Over the last few months the Large Hadron Collider at the CERN laboratory has been building up to full power in order to carry out "Run 2"; I have been covering this extensively, as you'll see in the background links below. Results of Run 2 have yet to be published, but the team at the LHCb detector have announced that they've found something called a "pentaquark" from data in the original half-power run beginning in 2008. This is a particle predicted to exist by theorists over fifty years ago, but only now does the hardware exist to dig it out of the universe, in the form of the Large Hadron Collider. The pentaquark is a hadron made up of five quarks, rather like the protons and neutrons of atomic nuclei, which are made up of three quarks. These even include an "antiquark", an antimatter particle working harmoniously in conjunction with other normal kinds. Prof. Sheldon Stone, who is part of the team which made the discovery, said that this could open up a completely new field of physics because it indicates that there is a new state of matter. At the moment we know of five states of matter: solid, liquid, gas, plasma and Bose-Einstein condensate. This would add a new one to that list, see: http://www.iflscience.com/physics/new-particle-discovery-lhc-could-reveal-what-we-are-made. Unfortunately the scientists at the LHC didn't have long to study the pentaquark, just one billion trillion trillionth of a second; then it disappeared. This is common with obscure particles under extreme conditions. Luckily it doesn't have to power to transform other normal particles into copies of itself like strangelets can, see background links below. What I find interesting is that in the artist's impression of the pentaquark, the lines connecting the particles are shaped rather like a pentacle, pentangle or pentagram, depending which term you prefer. This ancient occult symbol fits perfectly with other things related to CERN, the Shiva statue and 666 in the logo etc. The lines I assume illustrate the connecting force holding the amalgamated structure together. There's no way of knowing what a real pentaquark would look like. Subatomic particles can never be literally seen in the normal sense of the word because photons, the particles of electromagnetic radiation on which light consists, are almost as big as the thing they're seeing. However we once again see evidence of the link between hard science and the esoteric world. I wonder if anybody knew about this before the pentaquark was discovered. In fact in the diagram it looks as though one of the quarks has been deliberately pushed off symmetry in order to avoid the lines depicting a complete pentagram. Was this deliberate?

No F***ing Swearing in this Park

A council in Waterford, Ireland has introduced a set of new rules in the city's public parks. Some of these make perfect sense; picking flowers can harm the environment, and model aircraft, barbecues and roller-skating can be dangerous. However the council has also decided smoking is to be banned in parks. Banning smoking in the open air is a very stupid and casually authoritarian thing to do; and it's not entirely without precedent, see: http://hpanwo-hpwa.blogspot.co.uk/2014/10/smoking-ban-extension.html. In one of Waterford's main parks, ironically named "the People's Park", you cannot light up a cigarette in the fresh air, and it doesn't matter if you're a hundred yards away from any other people. Even vaping is off limits. What's more the council has put signs up warning people not to use vulgar language. This not only threatens a great Irish tradition, but it's a serious infringement on civil rights. There are already perfectly legitimate and effective laws against antisocial behaviour; why do they need additional legislation to prevent people using offensive language? Does this mean if I used a four-letter word in front of fellow adults who are accustomed to it, calmly, out of earshot from children and without raising my voice, I could get arrested? At the moment it's questionable that this law could ever be enforced, so then how come the signs have already gone up? Similar rules have been introduced in Northern Ireland, see: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-northern-ireland-33242147. There are many aspects about this story that bother me. The authorities have bypassed normal procedure in bringing in these rules in a very cavalier fashion. The mastermind behind this new policy, Councillor Lola O'Sullivan, says it's "more about the spirit than the letter of the law." So is it a rule or not? If it's not, then why are there warning signs? Do we really need statutes to make common courtesy obligatory? Controlling people's behaviour in public areas for the sake of it is becoming more and more common; we've already had calls to dictate what kind of clothes we're allowed to wear, see: http://hpanwo-voice.blogspot.co.uk/2013/11/banning-burka.html. It's a shame so few people fail to see the implications of this kind of trend. I've been to Waterford and it's a lovely city; I'd hate to see it ruined by Big Brother.

Area 51 Extension

The Groom Lake Test Facility, usually known by its nickname "Area 51", is a highly secret military base and research centre in a remote desert region of Nevada USA. Since 1955 it has been used to build and test the latest American warplanes and reconnaissance aircraft, and, as I have heard from many sources, other classified projects as well; see background articles below for more information. Since I became interested in Area 51 I've come across several people claiming that the secret base has been scaled back in recent years. The facility was constantly expanding from its humble beginnings as a set of temporary buildings and an airstrip, into one of the largest military bases in the world with a series of huge and highly developed constructions including two full-size concrete runways; one of them is the longest on Earth. Judging by the number of people known to work there, there must be a sizeable basement infrastructure too. Nobody knows for certain what is going on down there, but there's good reason to think that it may be related to UFO's, esoteric science or the New World Order, as I explain in the background articles. Since the 1990's some pundits have claimed that many of the projects being carried out at Area 51 have been moved to other locations; one place nominated is the Dugway Proving Ground in Utah, a former chemical and biological warfare testing site. The future, they say, will consist of operations at the Groom Lake site being steadily reduced and the institution eventually closed. Based on the latest evidence, this is not a point of view I share. The base has not been scaled back at all and there's every indication that operations there are running normally. Area 51 is as busy as it's ever been; maybe more so in fact.

There have been several major building projects there in the last few years. These have been spotted by the Terraserver satellites and published on this military journalism website: http://foxtrotalpha.jalopnik.com/new-area-51-satellite-imagery-shows-massive-new-hangar-1713501996. The Janet terminal at the base has been renovated, meaning that even more personnel need to be flown in on the covert shuttle services from McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas. The hangars at Area 51 are larger than those of most airfields and two new ones have recently been built. They are among the most significant developments in the facility's sixty year history. The first one was completed in 2007. This is at the south end of the apron and is shielded from the rest of the base by an earth berm, probably for either safety or security reasons. The second hangar was started in 2011 and is nearing a state of completion today. The hangar almost finished today is the most interesting for several reasons. Firstly it is huge, even by Area 51 standards, 225 feet across; and it's also very tall, 90 feet. This means it could accommodate something as big as a Boeing 747 airliner. Most modern stealth aircraft are quite flat in profile, lacking a tail and other vertical control surfaces. Either the machine destined to live at the new hangar has a large tail, or there's another explanation. It could be a two-stage spacecraft like the Virgin Galactic. A larger aircraft with a small spaceplane attached to it. The larger first stage carries the spaceplane to a certain altitude and speed before it detaches and continues flying alone. The height of the hangar could indicate that there's a crane or hoist designed to lift the secondary stage on to the top of the mothership. Far more unusual is its location in the base's geography. It sits way off the main estate right at the end of the near runway, over three miles away from the rest of the establishment. There could be several reasons why the architects chose to site the hangar so remotely. It could be that it is dealing with something extra-secret; even more so than what goes on in the rest of the secret base. The distance means that the new hangar is out of sight from the main flightline. It also gives whatever is in the hangar quick and easy access to the runway without any delaying and obtrusive taxiing around; making it vulnerable to being spotted by people on the ground or spy satellites flying over. It can get in and out speedily and clandestinely. This leads the article's author, Tyler Rogoway, to speculate that this is some kind of strategic strike aircraft rather than a spyplane. There may be a safety element too. Many aviation experts have wondered whether the next generation of military aircraft might use an entirely new type of propulsion system. I'm not necessarily talking about free energy or antigravitics for the purposes of this article, although I take that subject very seriously; but how about an experimental jet engine that uses a very volatile fuel that needs special handling? If anything goes wrong and there's a fire or explosion it could be very serious; and you wouldn't want it spreading to the rest of the base infrastructure. I don't suspect that this new hangar is specifically related to any UFO or NWO matters, but I could be wrong. Recently high quality panoramic ground photographs have been published on the Dreamland Resort website and they clearly show both new hangars. These were taken from Tikaboo Peak which is just twenty-six miles away, as close as you can get to the Area 51 on public land. The previous top viewing spot was "Freedom Ridge" which was even closer, but that's now been acquired by the government. The new 2014 hangar is on the far left, see: http://www.dreamlandresort.com/area51/panorama_0814.html. What are both these new hangars for and what will the technology within them be used for? We don't know yet, but I'll keep my eye on this issue and provide any updates if and when they emerge.

Big Brother at Download

One of the difficulties of fatherhood is when your beloved youngster reaches an age when you can no longer tell them what to do. My daughter is aged twenty and a big rock music fan. Therefore when she went to the Download festival at Donington Park racetrack in Leicestershire a few weeks ago, see: http://downloadfestival.co.uk/ she made all the arrangements. My conspira-dar being what it is, I soon got wind of some suspicious goings on there. The use of a cashless system of purchase and sale for all transactions in the festival. This system only reached the mainstream news because it crashed. This should really be a lesson to anybody who thinks a cashless society at large is a good idea, see: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3119945/Chaos-Download-Festival-useless-new-cashless-payment-crashes-leaving-music-fans-unable-pay-food-drink.html. A security protocol that was tried out there involved facial recognition systems. In my view it's likely that all the festival attendees had their features stored on the database, see: http://rt.com/uk/267250-biometric-cameras-festivals-privacy/. This includes my daughter. If she were a few years younger I could of course complain to the organizers and hit them with a FOIA to get the information about her removed, but she's an adult now and only she can do that. She does not want to; she does not share my ideas unfortunately. She calls what I do "that David Icke stuff!" This is a generic name for everything I do on HPANWO; it doesn't matter if I really refer to David Icke or not. She objected at the age of ten when I stopped the school from fingerprinting her; see background links below. I warned her about what was going on at Download, but she didn't care. I suspect that the festival was used as a trial for methods to run a global permanent Big Brother state.

Trident is just for Show

Despite many claims to the contrary, I think the days of Britain's independent nuclear deterrent are coming to an end, at least in terms of its strategic submarine-launched variety, the only force at present. See background links below where I've covered Trident in the past. There are more than one insoluble factors contributing to its inevitable demise. The submarines and missiles themselves are getting old. Trident was brought in to replace the original Polaris system in the late 80's and early 90's when the Cold War was already winding down. Polaris itself had been in operation since 1968 when the Cold War was in full swing and showed no signs of ever ending. If the deterrent is to continue a completely new fleet of ballistic missile submarines will have to be built, at least four vessels, and a dozens of new missiles, at the cost of twelve to twenty billion pounds. This expenditure for such a product will be such a red hot political potato that it could be beyond the government's ability to grasp. The second factor is the inevitable independence of Scotland. In the last general election the Scottish National Party gained a virtual monopoly north of the border, occupying all but three Westminster seats. There is no way UK nuclear weapons could remain on Scottish soil with independence, or even with much further increased devolution, in any form it takes. This is one of the prime issues Scottish nationalists have always campaigned on. To move Trident to a new location in England and Wales would be financially and politically out of the question. We also have to account for the revelations of the whistleblower William McNeilly, see background links. These have been incredibly damaging for the government's reputation. It has recently been revealed that AB McNeilly has been discharged from the Royal Navy, however no further action is planned to be taken against him. I find this strange; I suspect that the MoD wants to move on as quickly as possible. Any more publicity would be even more embarrassing for them, see: http://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2015/jun/17/trident-whistleblower-william-mcneilly-discharged-from-royal-navy. The RN have casually dismissed his claims, much to the chagrin of anti-nuclear activists and the SNP. A highly respected senior officer, Major General Patrick Cordingley, who commanded UK forces in the 1990 Gulf War, has spoken out with his view that Trident is militarily worthless. He believes that the real motive for the government wanting to maintain it is nothing more than political prestige. In other words, showing off to the neighbours, see: http://rt.com/uk/269356-trident-outdated-military-nuclear/. He's probably right, knowing the mindset of the David Cameron Government plc. It wouldn't be the first time that heavy armament has been used as a conceptual symbol rather than as a practically effective weapon; "psychological warfare" in the very literal sense. The 2012 Olympics are a good example, see: http://hpanwo-voice.blogspot.co.uk/2012/05/london-olympic-security-measures.html. France is the closest country to Britain geographically and it has its own version of Trident, FOS- Force Océanique Stratégique which includes Le Redoutable and Triomphant- class SSBN's and their missiles. We don't want to be outdone by the Froggies now do we? This is probably why Canada tried to start a nuclear-powered submarine programme in the 1980's; because of its rival the USA's huge fleet of such vessels. So based on recent events I feel more optimistic now that we'll soon see the end of Trident. The system will probably go on for a few more years until the Vanguard-class boats are no longer seaworthy and then end. Smaller scale tactical nuclear weapons might be boosted as compensation; for example those delivered by submarine-launched cruise missiles... unless of course there is a war, or one of the maritime catastrophes William McNeilly has warned us about actually happens.

Another Super-Stonehenge Discovered

Southern England, particularly the West Country, is the richest location for prehistoric monuments in the world. Almost everybody has heard of Stonehenge, but there are so many others. In fact some of them are much bigger than Stonehenge and, some would say, far more interesting; for example Avebury. There are still new sites waiting to be discovered and every so often a new monolith or old burial mound shows up. However there have also been discoveries of far larger and more impressive full circular complexes which are not as well-preserved as Avebury or Stonehenge, but are no lesser original constructions. One turned up in my hometown of Oxford a few years back. This one was five hundred feet across, making it one of the biggest in the country, see here for details: http://hpanwo-tv.blogspot.co.uk/2010/04/oxford-henge.html. Now another giant circle has been unearthed in central Wiltshire which is even larger. At Marden in the Vale of Pewsey, a series of earthworks have turned out to be an artificial enclosing bank and ditch, roughly oval in shape. There are also smaller internal structures, a smaller circle and a mound; although there are no visible standing stones anywhere. However there may still be some left which are buried. This site is very similar in design to Avebury, and it dates back to about the same time period; therefore it was probably constructed by the same culture. The location is huge; it has an area of thirty-five acres and is therefore about 1400 feet in diameter (using a Pi calculation based on a perfect circle); bigger even than Avebury. The media are calling it "Stonehenge's big brother", see: http://www.express.co.uk/news/uk/585647/Experts-discover-HUGE-stone-circle-in-Britain-TEN-TIMES-the-size-of-Stonehenge. A three-year archaeological dig has only just begun, so we'll have to wait and see what they find... or, should I say, what they'll be allowed to publish. Once again we are faced with the silent testimony of people from the distant past who had a very sophisticated and deep culture, maybe far more so than anybody gives them credit for in official science. It's amazing to think that they walked in the same places that I do. Clearly they regarded the British Isles as some sort of holy land. It is also possible that some of their lost knowledge has been knowingly suppressed by those in power for whose status it could threaten.
I heartily recommend the Megalithomania conferences and tours for background and here's my own report on one: http://hpanwo-tv.blogspot.co.uk/2013/05/big-stones.html.

Greece Decides

The Prime Minster of Greece Alexis Tsipras has, at very short notice, announced a referendum on a new bailout extension deal which will provide a short-term respite from the country's economic collapse, but in the long term only increase the overall debt. The national vote will take place tomorrow, Sunday the 5th of July. A No vote will "allow Greeks to live with dignity" according to Mr Tsipras. However there's a chance Greece will be expelled from the Eurozone as a result, something Tsipras badly doesn't want to happen. He claims that there is no such danger. His party, Syriza, is actually a coalition and not all members support him. This may well split his alliance and result in a political crisis that will remove him from office. Some of his opponents want to sue his government in the high courts and get the referendum declared legally void. Greece appears to be a naturally unstable society, running continuously from one upheaval to another. This can even be seen even in the classical Athenian culture that existed during the middle first millennium BC. They were always waging wars with their neighbouring states, and internally there were a regular series of revolutions and coups. This has not changed in two and a half thousand years.

At the moment Greece is in one of the worst situations that the ancient country has ever faced. Austerity is stifling the nation and unemployment is endemic. All the banks are closed and limiting cashpoint withdrawals to two hundred euroes a day. When Syriza were first elected people saw them as saviours who would turn the whole country round and restore it to prosperity and power, but the first thing Tsipras did was go cap-in-hand to Germany asking to borrow 240 billion euroes in order to cover its repayments to the IMF and European Central Bank. This was when I wrote the background article at the bottom. I wished that he had just told the bankers where to stick their unlawful fiat loan. Then he could instruct his treasury to start printing greenback Drachmas and post the army to the borders in case anybody still wanted to come and collect the fake promissory "debt". This never happened. What has happened instead is that Tsipras simply wants to appease the IMF and ECB in a different way to his predecessor. He doesn't want to jeopardize Greece's relationship with the EU. It's a shame because if he took the bold and radical step I suggested he'd have many supporters all over the world. Indeed there has been a Greek solidarity protest in London where the crowd are urging debt cancellation for Greece, see: http://www.london24.com/news/politics/political_heavyweights_join_greece_solidarity_campaign_in_trafalgar_square_1_4131655. And as Nexus magazine has discovered, there is a real chance to form an international coalition of no-confidence in the globalist plutocrats. Greece has started taking steps to form an alliance with Russia, but these are so far half-hearted; they must pursue this course of action see: http://hpanwo-voice.blogspot.co.uk/2015/02/you-really-dont-like-russia-do-you.html. The same goes for Iceland who have done exactly what Greece should be doing. Johanna Sigurtharddottir and her ministers have even put bankers in jail. There is a silver lining to this cloud; the Chinese word wēijī means both "crisis" and "opportunity" and this means for every bad thing that happens there's a potential good antithesis. After the stock market crash of 1929 the response from some people was to create their own private trading systems such as the Ithaca Hour, which is still running today. The same has happened this time in Greece. For instance a paper mill owner has started issuing exchange coupons. This is not a proper currency as such, just a set of IOU's in lieu of payment with "real money", but isn't that what the usual banknotes are anyway, promises to pay the bearer the sum of... ? If it comes to the long haul, hopefully the people of Thessaloniki, and other places in Greece, will arrange a more permanent system, see: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/finance/economics/11716318/Greeces-Yanis-Varoufakis-prepares-for-economic-siege-as-companies-issue-private-currencies.html.
See here for more details on independent currencies: http://hpanwo-voice.blogspot.co.uk/2014/02/the-oxford-pound.html.

Tom Crawford's House Stolen

Yesterday afternoon a friend sent me some shocking material via my Facebook feed, a series of short videos filmed in the streets of Carlton, Nottingham. They showed that the police had cordoned off an entire street to allow bailiffs in to repossess Tom Crawford's house. A group of protesters were trying to stop them again, like they had successfully twice before. Sadly this time there was very little prior notice and so there wasn't time to rally up as many people. There were far fewer than the seven hundred plus supporters who packed Fearn Chase Close a few months ago, see background links at the bottom. I'm very sorry I couldn't get to the protest myself. Tom's well-wishers were kettled in a pub carpark while bailiffs moved in. Tom was arrested and denied medical care. They were followed by a removal van from Cookson & Son Movers and Storers Ltd of Lytham St Annes, Lancashire who took away all Tom's belongings from inside the house. You know not to give them any business now, see: http://cooksonmoving.co.uk/. It's sad that Lytham St Annes is the home of the Probe conferences, yet none of these local events have influenced this company, see: http://hpanwo.blogspot.co.uk/2014/10/probe-autumn-2014.html. Tom Crawford has been fighting a battle with his mortgage lenders for eight years because of the unlawful terms and conditions they imposed on him after the initial agreement; see background links. He has been ill, having also to deal with cancer and haemophilia, and has a large family who have lived in that house all their lives and worked hard for it. Tom's daughter Amanda Pike has once again made a statement:
"Not actually been to sleep so excuse the state of this, but we don't actually know what's gone on, why they did it or why they refused us any paperwork to see which in itself is against the law. What I witnessed yesterday was terrorism, pure and simple. My Nan not yet in her grave, our family pet with maybe only hours to live now. We were threatened, attacked, assaulted, insulted, laughed by 'bailiffs' court staff, 'security staff' and most shocking of all the police, all day long. Even while I was sobbing I was told we were boring by a police man; God the list is endless. But the crooks of the matter are. We read out to them verbatim the actual laws being broken. Which I've lost count of. They'd cover many pages. The people there to protect us and be impartial were totally ONLY on side with the bank... However, with all this said its only the beginning. Now it's a criminal matter, we have plans. Things will get going again. At the end of the day we have every bank docket to prove that we paid over 130k-ish on a 41k mortgage along with all our other evidence. If that in itself, apart from the rest of the matter, isn't enough evidence for you I don't know what is. It was proven in court we did not change the mortgage it was proven the judge could NOT find the figure the bank were claiming we owed, it was also proven that we did not agree for it to be changed, and that the bank did not change it back to its original agreement. Two parties HAVE to agree to change a contract that is FACT and was agreed upon in court. However this is all a side matter though, as NO PROCESS was followed. Literally none. Grater issues and laws have been broken. So once we get it further they are going to have to prove what they are saying. Considering they brought zero evidence to the previous hearing well that will be very interesting won't it? They can't and they know it. Anyway life's a fucking ball bag of a bitch sometimes. I feel so so sorry for my mum, dad, sister and brother, but you know what I couldn't be bloody prouder. One day all will see. The criminals may have won yesterday but not for long. THANK YOU SO SO MUCH for the messages of support. You'll never EVER understand what it means to us. Love you all and THANK YOU for sticking with us xx."

I'm also still not entirely sure why this has happened. The last thing I heard was what Amanda just said, Tom had a hearing two months ago and it went very well. His alleged creditors, Bradford and Bingley, never even dared turn up to court. There was even talk of him having "won!", see background links. I'm sure the answers are coming and I'll keep you posted. The saddest part was how this act of legalized robbery was carried out through robotic human compliance. Not only the heartless and gutless bailiffs were responsible, but they were aided and abetted by the state in the form of police protection. A couple of dozen officers held back the protesters so the house-thieves could do their sordid work. By rights those officers should be arresting the bailiffs! How much did this crooked operation cost the taxpayer? Police constables are servants of the people; their job is to protect them from criminal danger. The police were never intended to interfere in civil disputes and escort corporate money-grabbers. Every one of them betrayed their oath of office yesterday, just like they did over Carla Buckle, see: http://hpanwo-radio.blogspot.co.uk/2015/03/programme-131-podcast-carla-buckle.html. The New World Order would be completely impossible if it wasn't for this tendency towards groupthink and conformity, either learned or innate. "I'm just doing my job, mate!" is the overused phrase and universal cop-out. I could of course list any number of abominable acts carried out by individuals who were just "doing their job!" You've probably thought of several while reading that sentence. George Orwell understood this well when he wrote his novel Animal Farm. What happens in the plot is that a farm is taken over by the animals and the human farmer is kicked out, but the pigs quickly rise to positions of authority and become rulers who are just as bad as the old human farmer. The story is an allegory of the Bolshevik revolution in Russia and the subsequent rise of Stalin, seen from Orwell's Trotskyite or democratic socialist perspective; but some of its themes are more widespread. One of the most interesting and poignant scenes in the book is when Boxer, an elderly cart horse and the hardest working animal on the farm, falls ill. Instead of recognizing his dedication, arranging veterinary treatment for him, and looking after him for the rest of his life, the pigs sell him to a butcher and he is taken away to the abattoir. In the scene where the horse is driven out of the farm, the vehicle the butcher uses is a horse-drawn one. I found this curious because the book was written in the early 1940's when modern motorized lorries were in common use. However there's a distinct reason why Orwell chose to make Boxer's death-wagon a horse-drawn van. The other animals see the butcher's signboard on the van and realize what's happening, and they call after the vehicle warning Boxer and urging him to escape. But they also appeal to the two horses pulling the vehicle: "Comrades, comrades! Don't take your own brother to his death!" But the two horses pulling the van just keep on trotting along, obediently doing their jobs, even though a day might come when they themselves could be sold off to the butcher just like their victim was. This is what I see now with these policemen. It's also been reported that some of the police were glorifying in what they'd done and took selfies while guarding Tom's home. We also heard that Tom's dog died as a result too.
